Founded in March 2023 and officially recognized in 2024, 180DC SGTBKC aims to provide quality
consultancy services to socially conscious corporations and NGOs to help them achieve the impact
they seek to create. As students of one of the most prestigious and diverse colleges in the University
of Delhi, our team comprises individuals who are passionate, talented, and possess a wide array of
skills across various disciplines. SGTB Khalsa College offers a platform where students can develop
leadership qualities, gain consulting experience, and cultivate professional manners, while
contributing meaningfully through their collaborative efforts.

We are committed to delivering concrete results for our clients as we relentlessly pursue our
goals. Many of our clients align their objectives with the UN Sustainable Development
Goals, which positions us to play a direct role in advancing their achievement. On our
exciting journey so far, our dedicated consultants have worked tirelessly to help our clients
achieve their full potential and implement plans for a sustainable future. We have
successfully collaborated with six clients, delivering impactful results. Our team has also
excelled in various inter-college and national-level competitions, bringing home numerous
accolades. This year, we launched our flagship case competition event, Case Niti, which was
a remarkable success. Looking ahead, we have several new initiatives planned for this
session, including our inaugural case book, research reports, newsletter, and comprehensive
data reports.
We are also focused on skill development for our members to ensure the quality of every
initiative and project meets our high standards. Over the next five years, we aim to impact
over 100,000 lives, create 300+ consultants, and undertake 30+ projects.

180 Degrees Consulting (180DC) at SGTB Khalsa College is a dynamic students’ society committed
to creating meaningful social impact by providing innovative consulting solutions to real-world
problems. Through a wide range of activities, we emphasize skill development, teamwork, and
professional growth while delivering value to clients and the broader community.
Our society marked a major milestone with the launch of Case-Niti 1.0, a national-level case study
competition that attracted participation from over 1,200 teams, including top institutions such as IIMs,

NMIMS, and ISB. This flagship event was not only a platform for participants to showcase their
analytical and strategic prowess but also a transformative experience that reinforced our commitment
to nurturing talent and innovation.
A cornerstone of our initiatives is the Consultant Accelerator Program, which prepares new
consultants for their roles through interactive workshops, speaker sessions, and engaging activities.
This program equips members with the critical skills and knowledge needed to excel in consulting
projects, ensuring consistent quality in our deliverables.
Throughout the year, we have hosted insightful speaker sessions featuring seasoned professionals
from diverse fields, including finance, strategy, and political consulting. These sessions provided
members with invaluable insights into industry practices, problem-solving approaches, and career
paths, fostering deeper understanding and inspiration for their future endeavors.
The society has an impressive record of excellence in national and inter-college case competitions,
securing podium finishes at prestigious events hosted by Delhi University colleges such as SRCC,
Hansraj, and SBSC, as well as top-tier business schools like IIMs, NMIMS, and ISB. We proudly
emerged as the National Champions at the Xavier's Management Competition 2023, competing
against over 20 elite teams from across India.
To enhance problem-solving abilities, we frequently conduct workshops and training sessions. A
recent highlight was a collaborative session on "Cracking Case Studies" with 180DC Kamla Nehru,
led by Kangana Pandiya from McKinsey & Company. Members also participated in a one-week
intensive workshop decoding real-life case studies, culminating in quizzes and project-based
assignments to apply their learning.
Our members have also secured internships at leading organizations, leveraging their consulting
experience and network to gain valuable industry exposure. These opportunities underscore our focus
on bridging academic learning with practical application.
