SGTB Khalsa College adheres to the mandates set forth by the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act, 2013, and the UGC (Prevention,Prohibition, and Redressal of Sexual Harassment of Women Workers and Students in Higher Education Institutions) Regulation 2015. These regulations aim to prevent and address instances of workplace sexual harassment effectively.

The Enabling Unit: Lakshya, the enabling unit at Sri Guru Teg Bahadur Khalsa College, University of Delhi, is dedicated to creating a supportive and inclusive environment for students with disabilities.Established in 2017, Lakshya specially focuses on visually impaired students, it ensures equal access to educational resources and opportunities. Its mission is to remove barriers and promote a culture of empathy and inclusion within the college community.

The association aims at making education accessible to the student community at large. The association launches various schemes on the basis of the emergent needs which include financial aid, donations, tools and machines for students with special needs, and mentorship programmes for the college students.

The college has a GCR where the female student can rest, study, and socialize. It is equipped with seating arrangements, a mirror, washroom and basic first-aid facilities. The room may also host informal gatherings or discussions. Its location within the campus ensures easy accessibility to privacy and safety. Cleanliness and maintenance are prioritized to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
