The Department of History at SGTB Khalsa College is home to a highly qualified and dedicated faculty, all of whom are permanent members of the teaching staff. With a strong commitment to both teaching and research, the department boasts a team of scholars who are deeply invested in academic excellence. Out of the eight faculty members, seven have earned their Ph.D. degrees, reflecting the department's emphasis on advanced academic qualifications. The faculty includes two Professors, two Associate Professors, and the remaining members serve as Assistant Professors. Our faculty members are not only committed to delivering quality education but also actively contribute to the academic community through their extensive research. They have published widely in prestigious national and international journals, demonstrating their expertise and engagement with global scholarly discourses.
