Union Budget Awareness -

The NSS Unit of SGTB Khalsa College organized group discussions, essay writing, and presentations to engage volunteers in analyzing the Union Budget 2024, encouraging positive participation and insightful debate.

Partition Horror Remembrance Day-

On August 14, 2024, the NSS Unit of SGTB Khalsa College participated in a Government of India event for Partition Horror Remembrance Day, honoring those affected by the 1947 partition through commemoration activities.

Independence Day-

On August 14, 2024, the NSS Unit of SGTB Khalsa College celebrated the 78th Independence Day with patriotic performances and activities, fostering national pride. They also supported the “Har Ghar Tiranga” campaign, with volunteers proudly displaying the flag in a show of unity.

Ek Ped Maa Ke naam Campaign-

The NSS Unit of SGTB Khalsa College organized a Plantation Drive under the “Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam” campaign and Project Dhara of NSS to raise environmental awareness. Volunteers and teachers planted saplings, learned about tree care, and were inspired to take action for a greener future, marking the event with enthusiasm and commitment.

Mega Cleanliness Drive Under Swachhta hi Seva Campaign-

On September 27, 2024, the NSS Unit of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Khalsa College held a Mega Cleanliness Drive under the ‘Swachhata Hi Seva’ campaign and ‘Project Dhara of NSS,’ where volunteers cleaned the area outside the campus, promoted waste segregation, and raised public awareness on cleanliness as active citizens.
